Praise Band & Orchestra

The Praise Bands and Orchestra of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church are made up of talented musicians who seek to use their musical abilities to magnify the name of Christ through music. God’s Word grants us much freedom concerning what kinds of instruments we use as well as what kind of music we offer to Him (Psalm 150); therefore, we endeavor to use a wide variety of musical genres and styles utilizing many different instruments with which to bring Him more glory. The Praise Bands and Orchestra weave these many sounds together to accompany corporate singing and special performances, as well as offering instrumental music that directs our hearts and minds to God.
